Tileable Shower Channel Enables Design Freedom in Planning and Implementation

Thinner tiles for sustainable bathroom design are trending. Dallmer has responded to this trend with the new tileable shower channel, CeraFloor Individual Neo. It is perfect for a wide range of tile and ceramic coverings as well as natural stone. With its minimalist look, it integrates seamlessly and almost invisibly into the shower area. Function and design merge in an elegant way, resulting in a barrier-free shower area with new design possibilities and Dallmer’s high-quality standards. Installers will also benefit from the optimised technology that makes the channel easy to install. CeraFloor Individual Neo is part of the proven and well-thought-out DallFlex shower channel family. This enables a wide range of possible combinations as well as easy and efficient cleaning.

Bitumen Seals To Protect Against Rising Capillary Moisture

There’s also innovations in the DallDrain family for point drainage with new bitumen seals which reliably protect the building against rising capillary moisture. These accessory items, available in sizes DN50 and DN100, are used wherever additional moisture protection is required in the form of a floor drain in the floor slab.

The drain housings no longer need to be embedded and integrated into the concrete slab. This eliminates additional work steps such as forming recesses and later filling them in. Thanks to the simple positioning of the bitumen seal at the installation site, the assembly is easy, quick, and defines a clear trade separation between roofer and installer. The bitumen collar is ready for installation factory-adjusted. Another advantage is that the seals are only installed when they are truly needed. This guarantees optimum protection against damage to the sleeve during the construction phase.

Dallmer Fire Protection Elements: Simple Installation, Maximum Safety

In case of fire, flames, smoke, and heat can quickly spread through wastewater pipes, potentially setting additional floors ablaze. Therefore, there are special requirements for fire protection in public buildings and residential complexes for vertical drain housings.

The new Dallmer fire protection elements offer the ideal solution for maximum fire protection in drainage. They meet all necessary requirements and fire resistance classes. A major advantage is that they are fully ready for installation, meaning no additional materials like mortar or sealing tape are required. Another benefit is that the fire protection elements in the DallDrain and DallFlex ranges are pipe-independent and can be connected directly to any drain housing. Retrofits are also possible.
